Mr. Swank is President of SunEast Development LLC, and Chairman of SunEast, LLC. Mr. Swank draws from twenty five years of experience in the energy industry, including the past ten years in the renewable sector. Prior to joining SunEast, Mr. Swank was Senior Vice President of Quantum Utility Generation, LLC a $700MM private equity fund focused on investing capital in North American power generation facilities, including both conventional and renewable technologies.

Previously, Mr. Swank was with Noble Environmental Power, serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. While at Noble, Mr. Swank was involved in the successful completion of development and construction of a generation portfolio which resulted in over 700 MW of installed wind capacity in New York and Texas currently operated by Noble, and an additional 165 MW of operating windparks now owned and operated by third parties. Mr. Swank worked on successful financings of renewable energy projects totaling over $1.2Billion of third-party debt and equity funding, two of which earned multiple “Renewable Deal of the Year” awards in 2008 and 2009. Mr. Swank also brings strong utility and commodity market relationships to SunEast, and over the past decade has been responsible for the execution of long term commodity hedges and power purchase agreements for renewable energy facilities totaling over 50,000 GWhs. Prior to focusing on the renewable sector in 2005, Mr. Swank held management positions in the with Sempra Energy Trading, El Paso Corp, Enron North America, and Dynegy.

Mr. Swank is a graduate of the University of Virginia, with a B.S. in Commerce.

Mr. Wills is Chief Operating Officer of SunEast Development LLC. He has been involved in the United States independent power market since 1988. Initially a project finance analyst, Reed quickly advanced to lead development projects and team management, with over 2,000MW of projects developed or acquired in his first ten years in the industry. Reed has worked primarily with two utility subsidiaries, NRG Energy and Duke Energy, where Reed recently retired after nine years of service. Since early 2011 Reed has worked exclusively in the US solar market, evaluating acquisitions and managing development commercial rooftop, small ground mount and utility scale solar facilities.

Mr. Wills holds a B.A. in Geography and Urban Planning from Temple University, and an M.S. in Energy Management and Policy from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. Decker is a Board Member of SunEast, LLC. He has been involved in the renewable energy industry for the past nine years, most recently with Blue Mountain Renewables, LLC. Prior to developing renewable generation projects in the Caribbean for BMR, Mr. Decker held positions with Brookfield Renewable Power and Noble Environmental Power, successfully developing wind energy projects across New York and New England in complex markets and challenging permitting regimes. He was involved in all facets of project development, including initial site design and planning, engineering, permitting, electrical interconnection, power sales, financing, project due diligence, and construction oversight. Mr. Decker brings the necessary skills required to successfully develop renewable energy facilities. Having built strong relationships with construction providers, utilities, and landowners in the Northeast, Mr. Decker seeks to utilize these relationships for all of the SunEast projects.

Mr. Decker is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, with a B.A. in Public Policy

Mr. McGehee is a Project Manager for SunEast, and is responsible for the land acquisition and permitting processes for SunEast’s New England development projects. Prior to joining the SunEast team in 2014, Mr. McGehee was employed by Dominion Resources as a unit supervisor in their Dominion Nuclear Connecticut division. Before that he served in the US Navy for 14 years in both officer and enlisted ranks, working extensively in the nuclear power and engineering departments aboard submarines.

Mr. McGehee holds a B.A. in Geology from the University of California, Berkley , and an M.B.A from the University of Connecticut.

Kristin Janicek is a Project Consultant for SunEast, focusing on wholesale power market transactions. She has over 20 years of experience in the merchant energy business, the past eight years focused on renewable energy projects and transactions. Her background in wholesale transactions includes short-term power marketing, REC/SREC trading, structured transaction origination, and transmission.

Ms. Janicek is currently the President of RPS Advisors, a certified WBE energy consulting company whose focus is on assisting clients in finding solutions to some of the industry’s most unique and challenging problems. Ms. Janicek has held previous origination roles in the power marketing sector with industry leaders such as the Williams Companies, Xcel Energy, Public Service Company of Colorado and Noble Environmental Power.

Ms. Janicek earned a B.S. from Colorado State and has completed the majority of her M.S. in Finance. Prior to her work in the energy industry, Ms. Janicek was a Certified Public Accountant with a private firm.
